§ 01 · The Producer

A boutique cool‑climate producer from a single maritime site — offered globally to a select number of partners in each market.

From our estate on the Mornington Peninsula, we produce small‑batch Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shaped by coastal influence, long‑season ripening, and a commitment to controlled production.

We do not scale. Each vintage is released in two calibrated allocations and offered first to long‑term partners, private clients, and aligned hospitality groups. Access is, by design, limited.

§ 02 · The Allocation Model

Two releases per year.
Access is earned, not bought.

Each vintage is divided across three controlled tiers. Trade and export partners receive fixed allocations; private members are offered priority access; residual stock — usually minimal — is released to the public.

This model protects brand equity, underwrites pricing integrity, and produces the single most valuable commodity in premium wine: scarcity with intent.

Stumpy Gully vineyard — maritime Mornington Peninsula
38°18′S · 145°06′E — Moorooduc, VIC
§ 04 · Maritime Terroir

Cool climate. Long ripening. Coastal minerality.
A site built for Pinot and Chardonnay.

Our vineyard sits on gently sloping ground between Port Phillip Bay and Western Port — a narrow strip of land shaped by two bodies of water and the cool southerly winds that pass between them.

The result is a long, even growing season that favours structure over sugar, acid over heat, and age‑worthiness over immediacy. It is precisely this restraint — this maritime discipline — that the premium markets we serve most readily recognise.

§ 05 · Global Distribution

Not everywhere.
Only where it matters.

We are onboarding distribution partners in a small number of strategically selected markets. One distributor per territory. Engagement is structured around allocation commitments, brand alignment, and a shared preference for depth over reach.

  • iii.Commitment to the allocation model — accepting fixed volumes released twice annually, without pressure for scale.
  • iv.Willingness to host the winemaker, sommelier trainings, and trade events in the first 12 months.

§ 08 · The Estate

The place behind the label.

People may visit once.
Then they spend years trying to get our wine.

Our cellar door, restaurant and vineyard remain open seven days a week in Moorooduc, on the Mornington Peninsula. For trade partners, this is the best introduction to the brand and the site. Members receive priority reservations and private tasting options.
