Reserve Pinot Noir
A single‑block expression from the oldest MV6 clones on site. Low‑intervention, whole‑bunch fermented, aged 14 months in French oak. Held back. Released selectively.
From our estate on the Mornington Peninsula, we produce small‑batch Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shaped by coastal influence, long‑season ripening, and a commitment to controlled production.
We do not scale. Each vintage is released in two calibrated allocations and offered first to long‑term partners, private clients, and aligned hospitality groups. Access is, by design, limited.
Each vintage is divided across three controlled tiers. Trade and export partners receive fixed allocations; private members are offered priority access; residual stock — usually minimal — is released to the public.
This model protects brand equity, underwrites pricing integrity, and produces the single most valuable commodity in premium wine: scarcity with intent.

Clean, consistent, and recognisable. The core expression of our site — elegant red fruit, fine tannin, signature cool‑climate structure. The cornerstone of every market we serve.
Whole‑bunch pressed, partial wild ferment, matured in 20% new French oak. Citrus drive, stone fruit, and a long, saline finish — unmistakably maritime.
Bright, textural, food‑ready. A reliable volume wine for premium on‑premise and boutique retail — the gateway SKU for new partners in every market.
A single vineyard expression from our coastal block, named for the reef offshore. Saline‑touched, structural, built for cellaring. Held in reserve and released in the smallest volumes we produce.
Our accessible export line — a curated set of food‑led wines including Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc. Entry‑point pricing for retail and airline channels without fragmenting the flagship identity.
Our vineyard sits on gently sloping ground between Port Phillip Bay and Western Port — a narrow strip of land shaped by two bodies of water and the cool southerly winds that pass between them.
The result is a long, even growing season that favours structure over sugar, acid over heat, and age‑worthiness over immediacy. It is precisely this restraint — this maritime discipline — that the premium markets we serve most readily recognise.
We are onboarding distribution partners in a small number of strategically selected markets. One distributor per territory. Engagement is structured around allocation commitments, brand alignment, and a shared preference for depth over reach.
Our allocation model is structured around aligned commercial partners who can position the brand with integrity in their market.
Aligned, long‑term supply with the brand assets and producer access to convert premium buyers.
Members receive priority access at every allocation window, invitations to winemaker events at the estate and, at the highest tier, futures on Flagship releases before they are offered elsewhere.
The default home for serious private clients.
For trade partners and established collectors.
Our cellar door, restaurant and vineyard remain open seven days a week in Moorooduc, on the Mornington Peninsula. For trade partners, this is the best introduction to the brand and the site. Members receive priority reservations and private tasting options.
